* What types of EVs do you offer for rent?

➤ We offer low-speed and high-speed electric scooters suitable for daily commuting, delivery needs, and city travel. Monthly, weekly, and daily rental plans are available.

* What documents are required to rent an EV?

➤ Valid Driving License (mandatory for high-speed EVs).

➤ Aadhaar Card / Any Government ID

➤ Address Proof, All original documents should be shown during verification.

* Is a security deposit required?

➤ Yes. A refundable security deposit must be paid based on the rental plan you choose. The amount varies for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.

* How is the security deposit refunded?

➤Once the vehicle is returned without damages, pending payments, or challans, the deposit is refunded within 24–48 hours through your preferred payment method.

* Are the vehicles insured?

➤ Yes. All vehicles come with basic insurance. Any accidental or intentional damages not covered under insurance will be chargeable as per the policy.

* What is included in the rental price?

➤ Our rental plans include:
